What TrackSEO is

TrackSEO is an SEO audit tool operated by PostReach AI Limited, a Hong Kong company. Our mission is to make SEO accessible to solopreneurs and small businesses without expensive subscriptions. You pay per report, no subscription required.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• One account per person. Don't share accounts.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use TrackSEO

How credits and payments work

• Credits are purchased as one-time payments through Stripe
• Credits never expire
• All credit purchases are non-refundable
• If a report fails to generate due to a system error, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance (not a monetary refund — the credit is restored so you can try again)
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your location.

What you can and cannot do

You can:

• Generate reports for any publicly accessible website
• Download and share your reports
• Use the data in your reports for your own business purposes

You cannot:

• Use automated tools to mass-generate reports or abuse the API
• Resell report data as a competing service
• Attempt to access other users' data or reports
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the TrackSEO platform

Our responsibilities

• We aim to provide accurate, up-to-date SEO data in every report
• SEO data is sourced from third-party providers and may not be 100% exact — it represents estimates and should be used as guidance, not absolute truth
• We do not guarantee specific SEO results or search engine rankings from following our recommendations
• We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

Intellectual property

• TrackSEO, our logo, and our website content are owned by PostReach AI Limited
• Your reports belong to you — you can use, share, and distribute them as you wish
• The data within reports is sourced from third-party providers and their terms may also apply

Limitation of liability

• TrackSEO is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
• We are not liable for business decisions made based on report data
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Account termination

• You can delete your account at any time from Settings. All data is permanently removed.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity
• If we terminate your account due to a violation, unused credits are not refundable

Dispute resolution

• Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Hong Kong
• We'll try to resolve any issues informally first — email us at support@postreach.ai
• If we can't resolve it, disputes will be settled through arbitration in Hong Kong

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of TrackSEO after changes means you accept the new terms.
